FAQs

  • How far in advance should I book a private chef experience?
    We recommend booking at least 1–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. For larger events and peak seasons, earlier reservations ensure the best availability.

  • Once we receive your inquiry, we review your event details and reach out to discuss menu preferences, guest count, and service style. We then provide a custom proposal and curated menu options tailored to your occasion.

  • To secure your event date, a deposit is required once your menu and event details are confirmed.

    Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

    Cancellations made within 3–7 days of the event may result in a partial charge to cover ingredients and preparation costs.

    Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable due to ingredient sourcing, scheduling, and preparation already in progress.

    If your event needs to be rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.

  • Yes. We can accommodate most dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other specific preferences. We are also happy to fulfill special requests, whether that means providing an alternative dish for an individual guest or designing an entire customized menu around specific dietary requirements or preferences.

  • Yes. Service staff, bartenders, tableware, and specialty rentals can be arranged depending on the needs of your event.
